Hi I’m Type 2 diabetic and want to start the BSD800 diet, however, I have seen warnings regarding this diet if you are prescribed SGLT inhibitors
I take Jardiance, would you recommend stopping this drug before starting BSD800?

I would run it by your GP first. A quick check showed that it comes in 2 dosages so if you are on the higher dose your GP might be happy for you to drop to the lower dose. The best thing would be to get your GP onside – and hope they are as enlightened as Dr David Unwin (look him up on You Tube if you don’t know of him. He is a GP from north west England.) He has a great thread on the Public Health Collaboration Chanel (Which is a charitable trust he helped set up) from a month ago that you could discuss with your GP.
