The delicious Chicken Korma recipe on page 131 says it serves 2 people. I calculate that the entire contents add up to over 1200 calories, which divided by 2 makes a hefty serving of 600 calories while the book says 340 cals.
The Moroccan meatballs on page 135 says it serves 6 but the ingredients are almost identical to the Meatballs in Tomato Sauce (doubled up) which are designed for 2 portions, doubled up would be 4.
    Can anyone clarify, please?

Hi, Yes it is one of the problems with the book that the calorie counts are out. – The other problem many of us have found is that there is little emphasis on levels of carbs.

Many of us simply use one of the mobile phone apps, fatsecret or myfitnesspal are examples. We enter everything we are thinking about eating and check on the carb, protein, and fat macros as well as calories. – A good source of suggestions for meals is the dietdoctor. website.
