I started last week but it was my 50th so I’ve only really just started to do this! Ive got a calorie app to track everyrhing called Nutracheck. I chose it because it has a great UK based database. However… this morning i entered details from the bsd recipe book and the calorie details are completely different! The book says over 100cals more than the app. I’m assuming the calories quoted are per person? Shall i go from the app or the book?
