Hi all,
I am in week 5 of the fast 800 and it’s mainly been going very well. I’m right at 20 pounds of weight loss and have been much more energetic and just generally feeling better.
However, I’ve gone from an average of 4 pounds loss a week to barely half a pound this week. Is there anything I can do to get this started again? I’ve been doing around 10,000 steps a day since I started, plus cardio twice a week for the past two or three weeks. I’d be very happy to drop another 10 pounds before I am done!
