Just a question regarding counting calories.
Do you count the calories in say olive oil that you have cooked in?

Just a question regarding counting calories.
Do you count the calories in say olive oil that you have cooked in?
You count everything. Just mentioning olive oil, a tablespoon is around 120 calories, not something to be ignored or you would soon be way over your calorie allowance. Even things like sauces and pickles can soon add up. Obviously if you use a quantity of oil and the recipe is divided say between 2 of you, then you just count half the amount used and for 4 people, a quarter and so on.
Don’t forget drinks.
