I was told to cut out my morning drink of pomegranite juice even though it was zero sugar and I only had a tablespoonful topped up with water. Okay I can agree with that. Buy why am I buying lemons every day and squeezing out a tablespoonful to put in my water. Is it actually doing me any good, boosting my metabolism, aiding digestion, what. And would I be just a well having a squirt of the pure lemon you can buy for cooking. Anyone got any info about this.
