The recipe books – are they different?

    Hi all
    Does anyone know if the recipes in the Fast and BSD recipe books are different, or is there duplication? When I did the online FAST, the meal plans were disappointedly similar. Thanks Janet

    I have the BSD and the Fast diet books and I have the BSD recipe book and all have very different recipes . If that helps.
