Have just cooked the mackerel frittata from this book. I hate smoked mackerel. The recipe was fun to cook and the meal delicious. I’ve been asked please to make it again!! Really feel I’ve had a MEAL. Thank you Sarah Schenker for all your recipes in the original book as well as this new book…..they’re all easy to make because they are so well thought out. 100% success rate with everything I’ve made so far. The person for whom I cook has a default setting of pies or Chinese takeaway, but has raved over all the recipes so far. We are working on 3 months of using the books before he has another blood test, rather than trying to lose x amount of weight in y time.
