Thailand and the diet

    Hi all
    New to this posting!!. I am going to visit my son in Thailand next week for 12 days Any help on what to eat and what not to eat would be greatly appreciated

    Thailand is lovely, enjoy.

    Obviously you’ll need to stay clear of Rice and also the deserts.

    Try the Thai Salads available, full of flavour and normally lovely and spicy. Thai Beef Salad my favourite.

    Chicken Skewers with or without peanut sauce.

    Grilled fish or shellfish I’m a healthy sauce.

    Loads of different veg to enjoy.

    Of course you could also visit the local markets and eat the cooked locusts and other insects! 😜
