    Is anyone else having tummy discomfort in the evenings??? Or is it just me?
    I’ve lost 5 stone in total 💜

    Clarissa, I am having tummy cramps a bit today but this is the first time I have had it, hope you feel better soon, maybe try some peppermint tea.
