A friend at work recommended the BSD to me recently and I’ve decided to try it. I have no issues with blood sugar but the PhD student life (stress, snacks, no exercise) means I have some weight to lose – mostly around my abdomen.
I managed to lose about 4 kilos in 4 weeks last year with a 1200 calorie diet and am hoping that I will see similar results this time.
I am terrible at sticking to diets but am reasonably motivated and posting here for accountability.
My current stats are 5’5 and 69.4 kilos. Ideally, I would like to drop about 9 kilos.
