Squash soup.

    I am starting this plan tomorrow but having a bit of a prep and cook up day today.
    I have a recipe that I use for squash soup. It contains squash (or pumpkin), onion, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, root ginger, 1L veg stock and 400ml coconut milk at the end.
    Would this be allowed and if so what would a 500ml of soup be in calories please?

    That was meant to say 400ml serving for lunch 😂

    Sorry Lottie but without the exact weights etc of the ingredients I cannot work it out for you. If you google calories counters the internet will come up with lots. People here use various apps, I use Sparkpeople as all my fave foods are already logged into that site but I am sure you will find one that suits.
