Have bought the recipe book and really like the look of some recipes but I’m struggling to work out quantities. Many of the recipes say a small or medium size piece of meat, but that’s very subjective. I don’t want to massively increase the calories I have by using a chicken fillet that’s twice as big as intended. Could someone point me to a list of weight ranges that were intended please. If it’s in the book, could someone tell me where?
