Hi. Having recently successfully completed the 8 week diet I’ve and others around me have noticed my weight loss.
I’m thining of building some muscle this year along with keeping the diet and exercise up but adding weights to my weekly cardio training.

I’m looking for a low carb and sugar protein shake to help me… Any recommendations?

So far this has been recommended

    Is this any good?

No need for a shake, learning to eat healthy is a key part of this process.

JGwen is spot on — dump the stupid low quality shake idea and eat beef, chicken, fish, nuts, seeds, cheese, pulses and eggs.
All fantastic sources of usable protein with extensive other vital nutrients.
Don’t get trapped by the diet industry. Good food is as close as your grocery store.

I agree – chemical shakes are no subsitute for good, real food, and exercise.
