IKeeptrying the how often do you weigh is an interesting one. I’ve previously deliberately not weighed often to prevent myself becoming despondent but I then loose focus and just ‘hope for the best’. Think I need a reality check and sorter term motivator. So this I’m im trying every 3 days with idea being its long enough for half a pound to show and regular enough to keep me on track.
Having a hungry day today but not gone off plan. I’m weighing tomorrow and know if I wasn’t I’d have less resolve to keep on track.
So difficult.
