    How do you all monitor your calories & the weight you’ve lost? Is there an app you would recommend or do you go for pen & paper??? Thanks 😊

    I use CRON-O-METER online, I have downloaded MFP but don’t get on with it. I also track my whole weight loss journey on a spreadsheet but I am a bit of a data nerd. It helps with keeping track of my many and varied mini-goals that keep your morale up as you work towards the big one.

    I use Fatsecret.co.uk. I find it better than MFP
