Hi I’m trying the fast 800, only started today but it’s so nice to be able to cook in oils and have full fat, it tastes so much better, I have a way to go and with Christmas looming, I need to get my self educated so as to not overindulge over the Christmas period, I’m a coffee addict too but I drink decaf, I also love the herbal teas which is a help, would appreciate any support and advice, thanks x
