Net carbs

Please can some one tell me when calculating total carbs for the day, do I use the NET carb value, carbs less fibre to calculate the correct figure. I am trying to aim under 50 carbs per day. Kind regards

If you type net carbs into the box at the top right hand corner of the screen you will see there has been lots of discussion on this subject, it might help. I personallly use total carbs and stay under 50 grams.
