    Help! I’m almost 4 weeks in and I haven’t touched sugar or carbs, but I’m still craving chocolate. Is there anyway I can satisfy this without breaking the 800 calorie limit?

    Hi Peggy, I like Green & Black’s 85% chocolate. One square from a 3.5 oz. bar is 21 calories & 1.3 carbs (0.3 of that is fiber). I never preferred dark chocolate, always loved milk chocolate, but I’ve come to enjoy the 85%. A little goes a long way!
