Ten days in, and the whole 800kcals thing is becoming just what I do. Work is getting used to me drinking homemade veg soup for breakfast and my multicoloured peppers and hummus.
So, I just wondered how your macros average out? For me, week 1 was 29/48/23 (carbs/fat/protein) and week 2 so far is 27/51/22. The carbs are coming from veggies and a few berries. I aim to have one definite protein item a day – fish, chicken or feta cheese. I’m definitely losing inches and I’m feeling healthy. I’m using “Fat Secret” app so that’s where the numbers come from.
