Hi all,
I’m starting the 8 week BSD today (11th Oct 2016) and I’m looking for buddies on my fitness pal for to give and receive support. I’ve not been diagnosed with pre diabetes, but I know I am at risk as my mum was diagnosed with diabetes last year and I carry a lot of excess weight around my stomach.
I’ll be using ‘shake that weight’ shakes and soups in combination with a meal at night to reach my daily 800 Kcals. Once I’m on track I am going to move towards complete food.
My starting statistics are:
Fasting blood glucose = 6.9 mmol/L
Weight = 208.3 lbs (36.2% body fat) – My goal is to 168 lbs.
Waist = 42.5″ (despite wearing 36″ jeans)
