    Hi all
I am just moving to the 5:2 maintenance diet and wondered if anyone knows of a good book that explains the 5:2 plan with recipes. I have the 8 week BSD book by Micheal but I’m looking for some more guidance…any recommendations welcome.
On a different note I am still trying to control by blood sugar reading in the mornings, it is spiking to 110 first thing, I have tried eating later in the evening, having a snack and even a night cap but to no avail, or is 110 first thing in the morning okay and I am just being a grumpy guts?! Any help appreciated.

Dr Michael Mosley was the person who came up with the 5:2 and I am sure he has a book on it. Just Googles and it is called The Fast Diet; lose weight, stay healthy, live longer – the revised edition. It is £5.59 on Amazon
