    I thought it would be great if we post what’s better for us on the program. It would give me continual motivation to see what’s better for everyone and might help the newbies.

    Here’s mine after 2.5 weeks on it.

    Amazing transformations from 2.5 weeks on this diet so far are:
    Losing inches
    Losing weight
    I had to buy clothes two sizes smaller
    I am wearing pants that I could not fit
    before at all
    My stomach issues seem to be healing
    I don’t have joint pain
    I have a lot more energy
    I need less sleep
    I can stand in the kitchen and shower without hip and back pain
    BS went from 116
    Need less sleep
    Able to start exercising (this is huge)

    Hi All, I am into week 10 — don’t know weight lost because scales and I have parted ways forever because they were abusive 😜 but I am 8 inches smaller at the waist!! My pants fall off and my jackets are huge — so funny, I didn’t realize how fat my shoulders were! Also:
    My hair is growing like crazy, lots of new hairs too
    I have NOT lost muscle — perfect for athletic me
    Sleep is uninterrupted for 9 hours
    Blood pressure way down
    I am not wasting half my day worrying about how fat I am! It seems to have freed up a lot of psychic energy and brain power.
    Also, has totally banished any menopause symptoms — no hot flashes, no “weird” feelings

    4 weeks in:
    21lb gone.
    No more snoring! Stopped within a week of starting the diet.
    Dropped a dress size, 20 to 18.
    Been getting to sleep easily & waking up fresh.
    Started couch to 5k last week having not run for 3 years.

    At the moment my libido has disappeared, but that’s pretty normal for me on a vlcd and I know that it will come back with a vengeance when I’m near goal.

    Wow evil weevil, that’s great!!! Terrific news re the pounds and snoring!!!

    Done 3 and a half weeks lost 12lbs so far,

    good things –
    Skin is better not blotchy or dry
    Acid reflux has gone ( good riddance)
    Sleep better
    Bra doesn’t ‘dig in’ after a few hours πŸ™‚

    bad thing
    my watch strap is too big will have to get a link taken out ;/

    Oh my gosh JoannC, thanks for posting!! I forgot about my bracelet until you mentioned your watch!! It moves all over the place and used to be tight!
    Made me laugh re your bra – – I went from putting it on the loosest hook to the tightest… so I know what you mean – it’s the littlest things that matter so much isn’t it?

    After 2 weeks:

    7kg off
    7cm gone round my middle
    Signs of a waistline returning
    Feeling much better in myself
    Not hungry so often
    Dug a whole pile of tight clothes out of my wardrobe and some nearly fit again
    Been clothes shopping πŸ˜‰πŸ˜€
    Saving money

    Only downside is my innards seem bunged up.

    Thanks Demi, I just finished 2 weeks also so we are on the same timeline. You have so many great things already happening with your plan!!! Congrats!!

    I too have tummy issues. Still working on those.
