I thought it would be great if we post what’s better for us on the program. It would give me continual motivation to see what’s better for everyone and might help the newbies.
Here’s mine after 2.5 weeks on it.
Amazing transformations from 2.5 weeks on this diet so far are:
Losing inches
Losing weight
I had to buy clothes two sizes smaller
I am wearing pants that I could not fit
before at all
My stomach issues seem to be healing
I donβt have joint pain
I have a lot more energy
I need less sleep
I can stand in the kitchen and shower without hip and back pain
BS went from 116
Need less sleep
Able to start exercising (this is huge)
