I can’t post these recipes as my own as they are from 2 vegan food bloggers whose advice and recipes were invaluable to me when we first became vegan over 5 years ago.
Until now, I have followed an almost fat free vegan plan which has been great for our health …… apart from for weight loss which is a major health issue for so many reason of course. Anyway, I think these 2 recipes would be acceptable on the BSD 800 plan and can always be adapted if you wanted to add fat.

Re the vegan gravy recipe, I use chickpea flour and oat flour version in this link as opposed to the plain flour version I have seen elsewhere (just ignore the first bit – the gravy recipe is further down)
