I started on the 800 c/day 17 days ago. My diabetes doctor told me not to get my hopes up too much: I have been a diabetic for 22 years and have been on insulin the last 2 years. During the last 17 days I have had to steadily reduce my insulin and hypertension meds. 2 days ago my doctor took me off insulin. I cannot believe how easy it has been or how successful when I haven’t even reached the half way point of the 8 weeks. Best yet, 5 friends have picked up the book and hopefully will have similar results.

Congratulations!!!! What fabulous news, onwards and upwards, I hope you will see lots more beneficial results, but that insulin result must be the icing on the cake! 🙂
