Hi everyone, when on fast 800, if I stay above 50 on Protien and below 50 on Carbs is this the general rule or should I be aiming for as little carbs as possible?

Think you will probably be okay at 50g carbs, but some if us find we have to push lower if we want to consistently shift the pound.
Thing to do is just see how you go and then adjust the carbs a bit lower if you find you need to.
