Starting in today. Reading content and getting used to this concept. Would love your inspiration and advice for success. Still not sure how to work this way of eating.

    Hi Sabrina
Welcome to the BSD clan. The forum is full of advise and support, so make the most of the various threads and shout out if you need to, as someone will respond.
My advise is keep the book close at hand, count the calories in everything you consume and keep a watchful eye on carbs as well as calories. That isn’t mentioned in the book, but it does help to keep carbs down to around 50g a day. It’s important to eat fat as this helps to keep you feeling full and also encourages fat burning. And last but not least, be sure to drink plenty – minimum of 2L a day.
Other than that, just jump in and see what you can achieve.
Good luck and remember to keep us posted on your progress.

Hi sabina have you got the book or just the posts on here? If you don’t have the book yet google daily mail 8 week blood sugar diet. There are 5 articles by M.M and 2 to 5 have a weeks menu.

If you do have the book

Drink 2 to 3 litres of water a day

    Include FAT in your food

    Keep to low carbs

    🙂

Hi Sabina. Welcome to the family. Nothing to add to what the others have said, except clear the carbs out of your home, record everything you eat, and keep to the 800 calories while low-carbing. Jump in and join us – it really does work.
