Hello I started the diet 7 days ago, 5 pounds -2.26 kg loss so far. I am finding it relatively easy so far. I had two days at work – I am a nurse- and upped calories to 1000 as 12 hour shifts, drinking lots of water really helps. I am not diabetic or pre but would like to lose some weight. The main problem I have is using all of the foods that I bought as such small quantities for the recipes. So far so good I am inspired by the positive stories here.
