I’ve just been give a brace of pheasant and and a couple of partridges.
How do I use them in my F800 first 8 weeks diet. And please no ideas using freezers.
My freezer is jam packed full and I canonly just close the door.
I have been on the diet and followed it religiously but have only just this morning
weighed in with a loss of a couple of pounds. How can this be?

There is no reason why you cannot eat pheasant on this diet. they only have 133 cals per 100g, no carbs and only 3.9% fat. As long as you can pluck and dress then you can eat them.

Thanks Sunshine-girl. I was looking for interesting & tasty recipes which will
need some fat as game birds have so little on their own. I can pluck but will skin which is much quicker and easier and makes little mess which there is with plucking.
