    thanks Eileen…this has changed my life.
    when the nurse many years ago told me metformin for life i refused to accept and searched for solution.
    i found out BSD only 9 days ago and ordered cookbook same day delivery.
    i dived in and not look back…give my video a thumbs up…thanks
