Has anyone else got the diet constantly on their minds. I think about it all the time. What to eat, what not to eat, what to buy, how many calories, carbs etc. I can’t seem to concentrate on much else at the moment and I have even been dreaming about having lots of numbers going around, like I was on University Challenge and not able to get the calories right.
OK I am going mad but I am sure it will pass when the diet becomes part of my normal routine and I don’t have to refer to the book every 5 minutes.
