Dairy products confusion

    Hi

    I’m in Australia and starting on Monday (after school holidays) and trying to get some things cooked and frozen for lunch. I am a little confused and am hoping someone here can help.
    Full fat yoghurt is good
    Cheese is ok in smallish quantities?
    Cow milk is bad? Almond my life is ok?

    Cow milk is fine. I don’t see anything in the book to suggest anything other than it being good.

    Cheese is restricted to small quantities because it is very calorific – not much room for anything else if you ate a lot of it.
