Hi everyone, I’m happy to post I lost 55lb / 24.9Kg in 8 weeks from a start weight of 248lb / 112.7Kg.
Here’s a summary of my weekly losses:
Target 198lb / 90Kg in 8 weeks. 20% of my body weight.
Wk 1: 104.5Kg (-8.2Kg / 18lb)
Wk 2: 101.8Kg (-2.7Kg / 6lb)
Wk 3: 100.8Kg (-1.0Kg / 2lb)
Wk 4: 95.6Kg (-5.2Kg / 11.5lb)
Wk 5: 94.6Kg (-1.0Kg / 2lb)
Wk 6: 90.8Kg (-3.8Kg / 8.5lb)
Wk 7: 89.9Kg (-0.9Kg / 2lb)
Wk 8: 87.8Kg (-2.1Kg / 4.5lb)
Result 55lb (22% of my original body weight).
I’m not stopping my weight loss here. I will begin a slow taper towards maintenance, starting on 1000 cal a day for the next 4 weeks.
I have 17.5lb / 7.8Kg to go to get to my goal weight of <176lb / 80Kg.
