Carbs in recipes?

    Hi has anyone worked out the net carbs in recipes? It would be great to know (and maybe good idea for next edition of 8 week blood sugar diet book?) Would be v. happy to read any calculations per serving from anyone out there then I can scribble on my book! Thanks Tofa
