hello all
we have been on the 8 week plan for nearly 3 weeks now and its been going pretty good.
but we had quite a shock today when physically calorie counted the days meals we had prepared from the 8 week BSD receipe book
all of the meals were quite a lot more calories than it stated in the book ???
we have been very carefull with the weighing and mesuring
for example we made the chickpea chilli calorie count 605 cals per serving the book says 270!!
what are we missing ?? any help gratefully recieved
