Hi new to the diet and struggling for quick breakfasts that are filling .
After years of buying low fat everything it’s difficult to get my head around buying full fat items. Is this the right thing to do ?

Lots of breakfast ideas in the book and a few on site. You do need to eat a certain amount of fat as the whole idea of the diet is for you to get your calories from fat instead of carbs.
Full fat yoghurt with berries, grilled flat mushroom with goats cheese or a poached egg or beans (low sugar) spring to mind.
