Hello

I’m coming to the end of my 8 week diet. The recipe book refers to The Blood Sugar Diet Way of Life maintenance programme. I can’t find this book on Amazon?! If there isn’t such a book, how do I maintain the good work?

There is a thread called after in reach target what next – it is currently near the top of the forum all recent topics page – or you can type in maintainers as I believe there is also a thread for that.
