I’ve found that if I imagine a block of lard when thinking about sweet stuff cravings go away. It,s ten days now since i had my daily one or two kitkats. It certainly works when walking down confectionery aisle in supermarket ☺

I imagine its all poison and I’m in the know and others are oblvious, truthfully, it IS poison to my body.
