    Violinist, I see you have really enjoyed this recipe and I hope to make it soon.
    Is 350 about 170C in the UK, I presume you are just scooping out the seeds and do you really first bake the two halves face down? Thank you.

    Not sure about the onions. I did not scoop out the zucchinis at first and second round and did bake them. Then balanced the stuff on top and covered with gouda and baked. I like the actual zuchini. Today will be scooping out the seeds.

    I just absolutely love the zuchini boats!!! Scooped them out this time.
    Also love diet doctor bolognese and zoodles. Yum!!!!
    Going to try fathead pizza next
