Some advice please.
I am at week 15 (after my first 8 weeks I decided to continue for another 8 weeks.) I have lost 28lbs (plus another 14 that I had already lost beforehand.)
I want to lose another 42lbs (so half way there!) what do you think would be better to keep going for another 8 weeks on the 800 or take a break for a while (how long?) and go on to the 5:2 but low carb or……………..?
All thoughts gratefully received.
