7th Week plateau

    I’ve lost 17lbs so far (my aim is to lose 42lbs) and its been coming off at a consistent rate but this is the middle of my 7th week and i’ve stayed exactly the same weight for 4 days now. Nothing has changed with what i eat or how much i exercise, is this normal? Any ideas on how i can stop the plateau and get back on track with my weight loss?
