I just finished 2 weeks and am beginning Week 3. Pleased with my loss so far. I lost 13 pounds in the first week, another 7 pounds in the second week. I’ve been super busy with work and so haven’t added the exercise in, but will be doing that this week. This diet is hard work, but it is getting easier as I go on and the hunger pangs are lessened with each day. Good luck to all!
