    Third week of the diet having started on 26 Sept and 13 pounds down do far! I’ve had a weekend away with slightly more relaxed eating and also a lunch and dinner out. The weight loss is slowing but it does seem great in shifting it fast.
    Love the beetroot falafel they really fill you up and cottage cheese is a definite friend! Going to keep going as my aim is to lose 2 stone.
