I have a quick question: which fruits contain a lot of sugar?
Most fruits contain fructose (fruit sugar) some more than others. If you taste a fruit and it is very sweet don’t eat it, i.e. mango, pineapple, bananas, melon – and for me oranges send my BG up. Dr M says apples, pears and berries are okay but restrict apples and pears when you can counting carbs. I have a freezer full of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants.
