I’m wondering if decaffeinated tea and coffee is ok to drink on the food plan? I’ve cut out alcohol and basically just drink water, but a coffee in the morning is quite nice, even if it is black with no caffeine in it.

I don’t think there is a problem with decaffeinated drinks. But there’s no problem with caffeinated ones either.
I really enjoy my three cups of coffee in the morning – no sugar, but I have to add in the calories etc from the milk!
