Hi – did you weigh the cheese? I think I will try this with quinoa for more protein. This looks simple but flavourful!
• 2 large open mushrooms
• Cous cous
• Mozzarella cheese
• Cheddar cheese
I put vegetable oil on the backing tray. Stuffed the mushrooms with cous cous then sprinkled the cheese on top, baked for about 20 mins at 180 c but checked regularly as it was my first time of doing this. It was yummy
