Easy, quick tasty soup

Ingredients

• I tin (about 450ml) coconut cream or milk
• 1 tin lima beans
• 1 tsp curry paste of choice

Method

Blend to as smooth or chunky a consistency as you prefer, if it's too thick then thin with water. Try different curry pastes to ring the changes, but I have only tried Indian pastes to date, enjoy!
