Tasty high protein soup

Ingredients

• 500g fresh salmon
• 1 litre whole milk
• 1 tbl maize cornflour
• seasoning of choice

Method

Heat the milk but do not boil it. Remove the pan from the heat & place the salmon into the hot milk to poach as it cools. When cool enough to handle remove the fish, pick it over to remove any skin or bones. Put the milk, salmon & maize cornflour into a blender & blend to your preference. Stir over a medium heat till it begins to thicken, remove from the heat adjust the seasoning to your taste & serve.

Please note that maize cornflour is used not wheat cornflour as this seems to come with loaded with added salt.
