A tasty Italian twist to

Ingredients

• 100g Cauliflower
• 4 Anchovy Fillets chpped
• Few Capers
• 4g Pinenuts
• Few Basil leafs chopped
• Drizzle of Balsamic
• Few drips of Truffle Oil

Method

Make cauli rice with a processor. Tip into bowl, add anchovies, capers, pinenuts, basil and stir together. Drizzle over balsamic and oil and enjoy.
