Go for the full fat mayo, so much better!
A delicious and indulgent prawn salad with a marie rose sauce. Doesn’t taste low carb or low cal at all. Great for taking to work for lunch as well as a quick and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
• 200g prawns
• Cup of Iceburg Lettuce
• Stick of Celery Spring onion
• Handful of cherry tomatoes
• Tablespoon of
• Tomato Ketchup
• Tablespoon of
• Low Fat Mayonnaise
Method
Shred the lettuce, slice the celery stick and spring onion. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix with the prawns.
Mix together the Mayonnaise and Ketchup together until smooth.
Combine the mixed salad and sauce and serve in a medium size bowl or plate. (By doing this it makes the portion look bigger than it is which is more satisfying!)
You can add any other low carb salad or veg as you wish. Just remember to add in the calorie count.
